Article 1 : Applicable laws
The following terms of sale are based on French laws. In the event of any claim,
dispute, or controversy, the customer must first contact EUROPE MANNEQUIN in order
to look for a solution.
Article 2 : Confidentiality
According to the French law "informatique et liberte" dated January 6, 1978, you
have the right to consult and modify the information collected about you.
EUROPE MANNEQUIN does not sell, hire, give away or use ourselves any of your
personal details entered on this site or via ordering. They are only used to get
your order to you.
Article 3 : Price
The prices indicated are only valid when checked. All prices include taxes, and
are in Euros. Shipping costs are not included.
Article 4 : Order
All order must be paid in Euros. We will only ship items once the full purchase
price amount has been received, except other arrangement. We will set aside ordered items for a period not
exceeding 7 days while waiting for the full purchase price amount. If the full
purchase price amount has not been received within 7 days, we will not guarantee
the availability of the ordered items.
Article 5 : Payment method
The customer might choose among several payment methods offered by EUROPE MANNEQUIN.
However, EUROPE MANNEQUIN reserves the right to decline or cancel any order(s) for
any reasons, which include among others non-payment, credit card authorization
declination, or ongoing dispute.
Article 6 : Customs and taxes
The customer is liable for all taxes, Customs fees or other fees generated by
order(s), and this in respect to each country own laws.
Article 7 : Delivery terms
The item(s) will be delivered at the shipping address indicated by the customer.
An invoice will be included in each order. We will only make one shipment
containing all of the item(s) you ordered. We will not make partial or separate
shipments. However should an item(s) become unavailable for any reasons
independent of our will, we will make a partial shipment, and refund you the
full purchase price of the missing item(s).
Article 8 : Delivery issues
Any issue arising form the delivery must be immediately indicated to the
delivery party, or to the delivery counter clerk. A complaint must be filed
separately with the delivery company or the Postal Services, and this within 2
days of the delivery date.
Article 9 : Gurantees and Money back
Mail order is governed by the French law article L. 121-16. This article sets
forth that for all mail orders, the customer is allowed to retract, and ask for
a full refund or for an exchange without fees other than the
shipping costs, within 7 days of the delivery date. However, only item(s) sent
back with the original packaging will be accepted. Any item(s) that has been
damaged or for which the original packaging has been damaged will not be
exchanged or refunded. The refund will be made within 15 days from the reception
of the item at our offices, and EUROPE MANNEQUIN reserves the right to choose the
refund method. The customer is liable for all shipping costs, and those costs
will not be refunded.
Article 10 : Item description
EUROPE MANNEQUIN made every effort to make an accurate description of each item, but
EUROPE MANNEQUIN can not be hold liable for any inaccuracy resulting from the
description or the photographic representation of any item.
